Mercado de trabajo en el sector turístico

Abstract

El TFG tiene como objetivo realizar un análisis en profundidad sobre el mercado de trabajo y sus características principales en el sector turístico. Para este análisis se han consultado datos del INE, Exceltur, Turespaña, Eurostat, y algunos estudios como el realizado sobre el empleo en el sector turístico de Exceltur. El trabajo comienza con un resumen y una evolución histórica de lo que ha supuesto el turismo en la historia de España. Una vez puesto en contexto el trabajo, se abordan las principales características del sector turístico, y a continuación se indaga tanto sobre el empleo como el desempleo y sus características en el turismo español. Por último, se habla sobre la problemática de la precariedad laboral del turismo en España. The TFG aims to carry out an in-depth analysis of the labor market and its main characteristics in the tourism sector. For this analysis, data from the INE, Exceltur, Turespaña, Eurostat, and some specific studies such as EPA or the study on employment in the tourism sector of Exceltur have been consulted. The work begins with a summary and a historical evolution of what tourism has meant in the history of Spain. Once the work is put in context, the main characteristics of the tourism sector begin, and we are already beginning to investigate both employment and unemployment and their characteristics in Spanish tourism. Lastly, the problem of tourism job insecurity in Spain is discussed.
