CUERPO Y ALMA: MATERNIDAD

Abstract

[ES]El siguiente trabajo es una investigación artística hacia la figura materna desde el punto de vista personal. El comienzo se proyecta como una interpretación de lo que ha sido ser mujer y madre a lo largo de la historia y de cómo ha influido la cultura y religión en este hecho. Además, se plantea un análisis sobre algunas de las artistas contemporáneas más influyentes a nivel personal y sobre mi trabajo artístico y que han tratado el tema de la mujer y la maternidad. Para finalizar, se lleva a cabo la creación de una obra artística de la que derivan una serie de reflexiones como reivindicación a los sentimientos encontrados en la mujer una vez se convierte en madre. [EN]The following work is an artistic research towards the mother figure from the personal point of view. The beginning is projected as an interpretation of what it has been to be a woman and mother throughout history and how culture and religion have influenced this fact. In addition, an analysis is proposed about some of the most influential contemporary artists on a personal level and about my artistic work and that have dealt with the subject of women and motherhood. Finally, the creation of an artistic work is carried out from which a series of reflections derive as a vindication to the feelings found in the woman once she becomes a mother.
