El conocimiento del cuerpo y la psicomotricidad en la práctica de la educación física

Abstract

Con este trabajo pretendemos que el alumnado conozca su propio cuerpo a través de la psicomotricidad y que adquiera un vocabulario básico de una primera lengua extranjera a través del área de la Educación Física, reforzando también otras áreas del currículum. Para llevar a cabo la realización del presente proyecto se ha procedido a realizar una revisión bibliografía, mediante la búsqueda e investigación en internet y revistas especializadas en el ámbito deportivo y de educación. Tras esta búsqueda y selección, hemos procedido a realizar una unidad didáctica en la que hemos aplicado la información obtenida.

With this work we suggest that the students know their own body through the psychomotricity and that they acquire a basic vocabulary of a first foreign language through the area of Physical Education, reinforcing other areas of the currículum. A bibliography review has been carried out to the realization of the present project, through Internet search and research and specialized magazines in the sports and education field. After this search and selection, we have proceeded to prepare a didactic unit in which we have applied the information obtained.
