ESTUDIO DE LA VITRIFICACION DE SUBPRODUCTOS INDUSTRIALES EN MATRIZ CERAMICA Y SUS PROPIEDADES MECANICAS

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo principal del presente proyecto es el estudio de la vitrificación de subproductos de la industria bioeléctrica, así como la determinación de las propiedades mecánicas de los materiales resultantes. Los subproductos de la industria bioeléctrica contienen, en alguno de los casos, elementos contaminantes y perjudiciales para el medio ambiente, por lo que en este proyecto, se estudiará el comportamiento de la adición de estos en matriz cerámica, para la retención por vitrificación y la reducción del impacto ambiental.

Para la corroboración de este hecho se realizarán ensayos de lixiviados capaces de cuantificar esta retención, y a su vez, se estudiarán las propiedades mecánicas de los materiales resultantes confirmando los estándares de calidad en materiales cerámicos y siendo fácilmente comercializables. [EN] The main objective of this project is the study of vitrification of the bioelectric industry by-products, as well as the determination of the mechanical properties of the resultant materials. Bioelectric industry by-products contain, in some cases, environmental pollutants and harmful elements, so in this project, studied the behavior of adding these in ceramic matrix, for retention by vitrification and the reduction of environmental impact.

For the corroboration of this fact will be leachate tests able to quantify this retention, and in turn, the mechanical properties of the resulting materials will be studied confirming the quality standards in ceramic materials and being easily marketable.
