Responsabilidad Social Corporativa. Caso práctico: Panadería-Confitería A. Rodríguez

Abstract

[ES] Este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG en adelante) habla sobre la evolución de Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC en adelante) desde sus inicios hasta la actualidad. Para ello se da pie a un marco teórico en el que se comentan los factores que influyen en la RSC, las dimensiones que posee, los ámbitos y la forma de implantarlo en la empresa y los efectos positivos que puede conllevar esta implantación. Para ver cómo afecta, se analiza la RSC en marco empírico en la empresa Panadería-Confitería A. Rodríguez de la ciudad de Jaén. Dicha empresa es una empresa que tiene gran impacto e influencia en el sector de las industrias panaderas en la ciudad de Jaén. Para ver cómo influye, se analiza detalladamente la gestión de los recursos humanos y la gestión del área al cliente además de explicar la importancia de la empresa en la ciudad y su estructura.

[EN] This Final Degree Project (onwards TFG) talks about the evolution of Corporate Social Responsibility (onwards RSC) from its beginnings to the present. To this end, a theoretical framework is given in which the factors that influence CSR are discussed, the dimensions it has, the areas and how to implement it in the company and the positive effects that this implementation can brig. To see how it affects, CSR is analyzed in an empirical framework at the Panadería-Confitería A. Rodríguez in the city of Jaén. This company is a company that has great impact and influence in the sector of the bakery industry in the city of Jaén. To see how it influences, the management of human resources and the management of the client area are analyzed in detail, as well as explaining the importance of the company in the city and its structure.
