RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL CORPORATIVA CASO DE ESTUDIO: GRIFOLS S.A

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo tiene como propósito analizar la importancia que tiene para las empresas y para la sociedad la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (en adelante RSC), puesto que hoy en día cada empresa está en el punto de mira en cuanto a si cumple con la normativa y promueve acciones éticas con sus grupos de interés. Se aborda la vigente normativa y protocolos establecidos tanto mundial como nacional. El sector farmacéutico es el seleccionado para estudiar en profundidad, dado la importancia de esta industria en la sociedad, detallando las diferentes leyes y restricciones sobre RSC que les afecta. También se va a examinar la RSC en una empresa española del sector, en este caso, Grifols S.A. puesto que es una de las más grandes a nivel internacional y dispone de diversos informes y políticas en materia de RSC.

[EN] The current work has the intention to analyze the relevance that has for the companies and for the company the Corporate Social Responsibility (from this point forward CSR), since nowadays every company is in the spotlight as to whether it complies with the regulations and promotes ethical with its stakeholders actions. The regulations in force and established protocols are going to be addressed both globally and nationally. The pharmaceutical sector is the selected one to study in depth, keeping in mind the importance of this industry in the society, the details of the different laws and restrictions on RSC that affects them. We are going to review one Spanish enterprise of this sector as well, in this case, Grifols S.A., because it's one of the most important international companies and he has diverse reports and political as for RSC.
