Circuito turístico y promoción para turismo español y francófono en la región francesa Auvernia Ródano Alpes.

Abstract

[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado presenta una propuesta de circuito turístico en la región francesa Auvernia Ródano Alpes especialmente dirigida a público español y también se elabora una propuesta de un circuito paralelo para público francófono. Para ello se siguen unos pasos previos como son el análisis de llegadas de turistas españoles a Francia, sus preferencias así como las ciudades que más visitan, dando lugar al descubrimiento de que esta región es prácticamente desconocida. Tras la elaboración del itinerario del circuito, se realiza un estudio de promoción sobre cómo hacer llegar dicho circuito al turista, tras descubrir que la manera más exitosa es a través de internet, se elabora un anuncio para captar la atención del usuario el cual podrá ver en la plataforma y si este le interesa, se propone un folleto con el itinerario del circuito detallado y al que podrán acceder pinchando en el anuncio anterior.

[EN] This work presents a tourist circuit proposal in the French región Auvergne Rhone Alps, especially aimed at the Spanish public and is also elaborated a proposal for a parallel circuit for Francophone public. For this, we have followed some previous steps such as the analisys of arrivals of Spanish tourists to France, their preferences as well as the cities they visit the most, discoverins that this región is practically unknown. After preparing the itinerary of the circuit, a promotion study is carried out on how to get this circuit to the tourist, after discover that the most successful way is through the Internet, an announcement is made to capture the user attention which can be seen on the platform and if this interests you, a brochure with the itinerary of the circuit is proposed and you can acces in it by clicking on the previous ad.
