EL MERCADO DE TRABAJO EN LAS COMUNIDADES AUTÓNOMAS DURANTE EL PERIODO 2007-2018

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo muestra la situación del mercado de trabajo español durante estos últimos años, haciendo hincapié en mostrar los motivos que nos han conducido a las diferencias laborales existentes entre cada Comunidad Autónoma. Para ello, se muestra su evolución seguida durante el periodo 2007-2018 tanto a nivel nacional como autonómico, haciendo valer aspectos como sus principales características o su evolución seguida y sin olvidarnos de las causas que nos han conducido a esta situación actual.

En definitiva, el principal objetivo es estudiar aquellos factores que nos conducen a que existan unas diferencias laborales tan grandes entre las regiones del sur y las regiones del norte, puesto que nos encontramos con que generalmente aquellas regiones del norte se encuentran en una situación laboral mucho más favorable, al encontrarse más desarrolladas o al tener un mayor poder económico, respecto a las Comunidades Autónomas del sur.

[EN] This work shows the situation of the Spanish labour market during these last years, showing the reasons that have led us to the existing labour differences between each Autonomous Community. For this, it shows its evolution followed during the period between 2007 and 2018 at the national and regional level, enforcing aspects such as its main characteristics or its evolution followed and without forgetting the causes that have led us to this current situation.

In short, the main objective is to study those factors that lead us to have these big differences between the southern regions and the northern regions, since we find that generally those northern regions are in a work situation more favourable, being more developed or having a greater economic power, compared to the Autonomous Communities of the south.
