ANÁLISIS D ELA SITUACIÓN ECONÓMICO-FINANCIERA DE UNA EMPRESA REAL: MÁLAGA C.F. S.A.D

Abstract

[ES] Mediante la realización del Trabajo Fin de Grado "Análisis de la situación económico-financiera de una empresa real: MÁLAGA C.F S.A.D", trataremos de analizar los aspectos económicos y financieros de dicha sociedad.

En primer lugar examinaremos su aspecto jurídico. Seguidamente, continuaremos con una descripción general de la empresa, donde se tratarán aspectos como: productos, clientes, proveedores, competidores, etc.

Tras ello, se estudiará la situación económico-financiera de la empresa, mediante la elaboración de los principales ratios, así como una comparativa de nuestra empresa MÁLAGA C.F S.A.D con otra del sector como la U.D ALMERÍA S.A.D.

En último lugar, realizaremos una predicción sobre la evolución futura de la empresa, estimando el posible incremento de las ventas, costes, etc, así como la realización de la planificación financiera de nuestra empresa, elaborando los estados financieros previsionales para un horizonte temporal de 3 temporadas.

[EN] Through the completion of the Final Degree Project "Analysis of the economic-financial situation of a real company: MÁLAGA C.F S.A.D", we will try to analyze the economic and financial aspects of said company.

First we will examine its legal aspect. Next, we will continue with a general description of the company, which will deal with aspects such as: products, customers, suppliers, competitors, etc.

After that, the economic-financial situation of the company will be studied, through the elaboration of the main ratios, as well as a comparison of our company MÁLAGA C.F S.A.D with another one of the sector such as the U.D ALMERÍA S.A.D.

Finally, we will make a prediction about the future evolution of the company, estimating the possible increase in sales, costs, etc, as well as the realization of the financial planning of our company, preparing the financial statements for a time horizon of 3 seasons.
