LA RECUPERACIÓN DE LAS VÍAS PECUARIAS EN ANDALUCÍA

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo no es otro que el de lograr que el lector tenga una visión más amplia de algo que es totalmente desconocido para muchas personas de hoy en día como son las vías pecuarias.

Así pues, se analizan las legislaciones que se aplican tanto a nivel estatal como autonómico para la recuperación de las citadas vías junto con los medios y el procedimiento llevados a cabo para lograr este propósito. Además, se hace mención al Plan de Ordenación y Recuperación de Vías Pecuarias en Andalucía 2016-2020 establecido con este fin.

Para ello se ha utilizado numerosa legislación y jurisprudencia junto con monografías de algunos autores relevantes.

[EN] The objective of this work is none other than to achieve that the reader has a broader vision of something that is totally unknown to many people of today such as livestock trails.

Therefore, the laws that apply both at the state and regional level for the recovery of the aforementioned avenues are analyzed together with the means and the procedure carried out to achieve this purpose. In addition, mention is made of the Plan for the Regulation and Recovery of Roads in Andalusia 2016-2020 established for this purpose.

To this end numerous legislation and jurisprudence have been used together with monographs by some relevant authors.
