VIOLENCIA DE GÉNERO EN EL ÁMBITO PENAL: TIPOS Y REFORMAS.

Abstract

[ES] En este documento voy a abarcar diferentes aspectos, en el primer apartado voy a hacer un breve recorrido por la evolución histórica de la violencia de género desde el ámbito que más nos atañe, posteriormente veremos los conceptos que introduce el Convenio de Estambul de 2011 y la transversalidad, ya que, es necesario el abordaje de la violencia de género desde las “diferentes patas” del sistema que van desde educación, sanitarios, operadores jurídicos, etc. En el segundo apartado voy a hacer referencia a la normativa tanto internacional como nacional en materia de violencia de género, y finalmente, en el tercer punto del trabajo voy a hacer un recorrido por las reformas que ha sufrido el Código Penal en materia de violencia de género, los tipos que afectan en el Código Penal a la violencia de género y violencia doméstica, y para terminar estableceré la diferencia entre ambas.

[EN] In this document I will cover different aspects, in the first section I will briefly review the historical evolution of gender violence in the area that concerns us, then we will see the concepts introduced by the 2011 Istanbul Convention and mainstreaming, since it is necessary to address gender violence from the "different legs" of the system, from education, health, legal operators, etc. In the second section I will refer to international and national regulations on gender violence and, finally, in third place, I will take a tour of the reforms that the Penal Code has suffered in terms of gender violence, the types that affect violence of gender and domestic violence in the Criminal Code, and finally I will establish the difference between the two.
