LA SEGURIDAD SOCIAL DESDE LA PERSPECTIVA DE LA GESTIÓN Y ORGANIZACIÓN A NIVEL PROVINCIAL.

Abstract

[ES] La Administración de la Seguridad Social es tan amplia y compleja que es difícil que los ciudadanos, usuarios del servicio, conozcan su organización y la gestión que la misma lleva a cabo. El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el de desarrollar la estructura de esta Administración en el entorno más próximo, el de la provincia, en este caso la de Jaén, de forma que el ciudadano la conozca y sepa qué servicios se prestan y dónde los puede demandar. Previamente, se lleva a cabo un trabajo teórico, como punto de partida, sobre la Seguridad Social, para posteriormente centrarnos en el trabajo de campo consistente en la búsqueda a nivel provincial de Jaén del organigrama de esta Administración, su estructura y directorio, funciones y carta de servicios a los ciudadanos. [EN] The Administration of the Social Security Service is so wide and complex that it is difficult that the citizens, users of the service, know his organization and the management that the same one carries out. The principal objective of this work is of developing the structure of this Administration in the most next environment, that of the province, in this case that of Jaen, so that the citizen her know and they know what services lend and where it can demand them. Before, a theoretical work is carried out, as point of item, on the Social Security, later to focus on the fieldwork consisting of the search to provincial level of Jaen of the flowchart of this Administration, his structure and directory, functions and letter of services to the citizens.
