Desigualdad de género en el mercado laboral español (2002-2018)

Abstract

[ES] El fin de este Trabajo de Fin de grado es estudiar la desigualdad de género en el ámbito laboral a nivel nacional, encuadrándolo desde el año 2002 hasta el 2018, examinado diversas variables, como son la tasa de paro, de empleo, de ocupación, etc. Además, analizaremos a dos colectivos, tales como las personas discapacitadas y los/las inmigrantes, que aparte de caracterizarse por su dificultad para acceder al empleo, también podremos ver que existe una evidente discriminación entre sexos. Pretendemos hacer una exhaustiva comparación entre el género femenino y el masculino dentro del mercado de trabajo, para llegar así a una conclusión que nos permita entender cuál es el punto en el que nos encontramos actualmente en lo que a este tema respecta. Y, para finalizar, realizaremos unas conclusiones acerca de los distintos apartados de este TFG, equiparándolos entre ellos.

[EN] The purpose of this End of Degree Project is to study gender inequality in the workplace at the national level, from the year 2002 to 2018, examined various variables, such as unemployment rate, employment, occupation, etc. . In addition, we will analyze two groups, such as disabled people and immigrants, which apart from being characterized by their difficulty in accessing employment, we can also see that there is a clear discrimination between the sexes. We intend to make an exhaustive comparison between the female and male gender within the labor market, in order to arrive at a conclusion that will allow us to understand which is the point in which we are currently in this regard. And, finally, we will make some conclusions about the different sections of this TFG, equating them with each other.
