Prevención de Riesgos Laborales en el cultivo y recolección del olivar

Abstract

[ES] En este estudio vamos a conocer detenidamente en que consiste la prevención en el cultivo y recolección del olivar. Para ello, comenzamos estudiando los inicios de la prevención de riesgos laborales. A continuación, veremos nociones básicas para poder comprender el objeto de nuestro estudio El objeto de nuestra investigación no detendremos en ver cuáles son las distintas actividades que se realizan en el sector agrario, especialmente en el cultivo y recolección del olivo, y junto a ellos, cuáles son las causas que provocan los riesgos laborales a los que se exponen los trabajadores y las medidas que debemos de tomar para evitarlas. Conoceremos las obligaciones del empresario y trabajador y las consecuencias en el caso del incumplimiento de estas. Y para terminar, daremos una pequeña conclusión sobre la situación en la que se encuentra en estos momentos la prevención de riesgos laborales en el cultivo y recolección del olivar.

And finally, we will give a small conclusion about the situation in which at the moment is the prevention of occupational risks in the cultivation and harvesting of the olive grove.
