Protección y uso sostenible del litoral y costas en España, e influencia sobre el turismo

Abstract

[ES] Se trata de un análisis sobre la Ley 2/2013, de 29 de mayo, sobre la Protección y Uso Sostenible del Litoral, sus antecedentes en las costas españolas, y una puesta en común con las diferentes leyes adoptadas por algunas comunidades autónomas y por otros países de la Unión Europea los cuales también se han visto gravemente afectados por la construcción masiva cerca del mar y ríos, poniendo en peligro la flora, fauna y sostenibilidad en general de ese lugar. Además, veremos la relación entre esta destrucción de suelo y el turismo junto a algunos de los daños y consecuencias que ello conlleva, también se mencionarán los puntos fuertes de tener una Ley de Costas consolidada, lugares que se han visto más perjudicados e incluso algunos casos donde esta Ley parece no ser efectiva a día de hoy.

[EN] This is an analysis of Law 2/2013, of May 29, on the Protection and Sustainable Use of the Coast, its antecedents in the Spanish coasts, and a sharing point with the different laws adopted by some regions and by others countries of the European Union which have also been seriously affected by the massive construction near the sea and rivers, endangering the flora, fauna and overall sustainability of that place. In addition, will see the relationship between this destruction of land and tourism along with some of the damages and consequences that this entails, as well as the strong points of having a consolidated Law of Coasts, places that have been hardest injured and even some cases where the Law seems not to be effective nowadays.
