Las sectas en el ordenamiento jurídico español

Abstract

[ES] Las sectas constituyen un grupo muy controvertido, que lejos de polémicas, suscitan dudas acerca de su legalidad. Este trabajo tiene por objeto acercar la realidad de las sectas desde el punto de vista jurídico-religioso, con una primera parte introductoria donde se aprecian las diferentes acepciones del término por parte de una variedad de personas cultivadas en la materia, así como su clasificación. Además, incluye la regulación básica estatal, aludiendo a las diferentes fuentes normativas. Por último, el tratamiento jurídico, donde se ilustra el comportamiento de estos grupos, así como una comparativa con los ordenamientos del resto de países.

[EN] Sects are a very controversial group, which far from polemics, raises doubts about their legality. This work aims to bring the reality of sects from a juridical-religious point of view, with a first introductory part where different meanings of the term are appreciated by a variety of cultured people in the matter, as well as Its classification. In addition, it includes the state basic regulation, referring to the different normative sources. Finally, the legal treatment, which illustrates the behaviour of these groups, as well as a comparison with the legislations of other countries.
