EL CRECIENTE PROBLEMA DE LOS MATRIMONIOS DE CONVENIENCIA EN ESPAÑA

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo estudia el creciente fenómeno de los matrimonios de conveniencia en España. Esta práctica se ha convertido en una posibilidad para el extranjero, de conseguir la nacionalidad española. En este trabajo se analiza el concepto del fenómeno, sus elementos principales y la forma de erradicarlos. Para ello podemos apoyarnos en indicios y en ciertos aspectos que permiten observar la existencia de este tipo de matrimonios.

[EN] The present study studies the growing phenomenon of marriages of conveniencie in Spain. This practice has become a possibility for foreigners to get Spanish nationality. This work analyzes the concept of the phenomenon, its main elements and the way to eradicate them. For this we can rely on indications and certain aspects that allow us to observe the existence of this type of marriage.
