La responsabilidad por daños causados en el espacio ultraterrestre

Abstract

[ES] Cuando alguien nombra Derecho ultraterrestre la expresión del resto de personas es de sorpresa y de ´no sé de qué me hablas´. Pues es esto lo que me ha llevado a optar por el trabajo Curiosidad y ganas de descubrir lo que se esconde bajo este Derecho. La responsabilidad del Derecho ultraterrestre es una responsabilidad propia debido al rigor de este. De este modo abordaré las dudas que surjan a lo largo de todo este trabajo, siempre referentes estas a la responsabilidad tanto por estados como por organizaciones internacionales e incluso la posible responsabilidad por sujetos. Trataré la responsabilidad por daños desde sus inicios, con el Tratado de 1967 hasta el último recóndito de responsabilidad, como el Acuerdo que debe regir las actividades de los Estados en la Luna y otros cuerpos celestes. No sin olvidarme del sistema de arreglo de las controversias utilizado en la responsabilidad en el espacio.
