EL CONTRATO DE COMPRAVENTA EN EL DERECHO ROMANO Y SU EVOLUCIÓN HISTÓRICA

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo está dividido por secciones, atendiendo a un orden cronológico e incorporando anotaciones o aspectos didácticos o necesarios en el mismo. Dividido en 14 secciones, pasando desde el origen del contrato de compraventa, junto a sus antecesores, como la evolución de la misma durante el transcurso del derecho y etapa romana, para finalmente concluir con la actual legislación vigente sobre el contrato de compraventa, la modalidad del contrato mismo, etc. Se trata además la actual compraventa mercantil para realizar una valoración de la misma desde el punto de vista jurídico y así poder realizar una comparación de la misma, para ver con mejor claridad la diferenciación del contrato de compraventa en diferentes ámbitos que forman parte del tráfico jurídico.

Finalmente, se realiza una conclusión sobre el transcurso de este trabajo, facilitando además la bibliografía con la cual ha sido realizado, junto a la legislación necesaria para el mismo.

[EN] This work is divided into sections, according to a cronological order and incorporating notes or didactic aspects or necessare in it. Divided into 14 sections, going from the origin of the trading agrement, together, with it´s predecessors, as the evoltion of it during the course of the Roman law and stage, to finally conclude with the current legislation in forcé on the trading agreement, the modality of the contract itself, etc. It is also the current mercantile trading and sale to make an assessment it from te legal point of view and this i sable to make a comparison of it, to see clarity the diferentiation of the contrat of sale in different áreas that are part of the legal traffic. Finaly, a conclusión is drawn about the course of this work also the bibliography with in it has been made with the necessary legislation for it.
