La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa y las Pymes: Talleres Montiel S.L

Abstract

[ES] La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa, como forma sostenible y voluntaria de gestionar las empresas, ha evolucionado de forma notable en los últimos años. Convirtiéndose en un punto de inflexión para la rentabilidad de estas. El principal objetivo de este trabajo es profundizar en el término de la RSC, centrándome en las pymes y analizando de forma exhaustiva el caso particular de la empresa del sector metalúrgico Talleres Montiel S.L., de la provincia de Jaén. Se analiza la RSC en esta empresa, mostrando las prácticas que ya realiza, y los beneficios que le supondría implantar un plan explícito de RSC, para mejorar de forma considerable y adquirir mayor competitividad en su sector.

[EN] Corporate Social Responsibility, as a sustainable and voluntary way of managing companies, has evolved considerably in recent years. It has become a turning point for their profitability. The main objective of this work is to study the situation of this evolution of CSR, focusing on SMEs and analyzing exhaustively the particular case of the metallurgical sector company Talleres Montiel S.L. trying to explain to the company, the practices it already carries out, and the benefits it would mean to implement an explicit CSR plan.
