ANÁLISIS ECONÓMICO-FINANCIERO DE UN PROYECTO EMPRESARIAL

Abstract

[ES] La escasa oferta de actividades de Andújar y alrededores, me ha hecho pensar en la creación de una bolera, que sería utilizada por la población del municipio y de las localidades cercanas. La competencia directa que ofrezca los mismos servicios, está en Linares a 45 Km. El centro de ocio tendrá un servicio de alquiler de pistas de bolos, futbolines, billares, hockey y dardos. También ofreceré servicios complementarios como la venta de aperitivos, golosinas, comida caliente, bebidas, dulces, cafés, etc., mediante máquinas expendedoras. No existe nada similar en la zona y creo que el mercado del ocio sobre todo para gente joven está muy poco explotado. Nuestra finalidad es crear un lugar donde todo tipo de personas puedan disfrutar de momentos divertidos junto a sus familiares y amigos. A lo largo del proyecto empresarial, analizo los diferentes aspectos del negocio y del mercado, para demostrar la viabilidad de la empresa.

I will also offer complementary services such as the sale of snacks, sweets, hot food, drinks, sweets, coffees, etc., through vending machines. There is nothing similar in the area and I think the leisure market especially for young people is very little exploited. My purpose is to create a place where all kinds of people can enjoy fun moments with their family and friends. Throughout the business project, I analyze the different aspects of the business and the market, to demonstrate the viability of the company.
