ONG KUBUKA: ANÁLISIS INTERNO Y EXTERNO

Abstract

[ES] El presente proyecto de fin de grado aborda el desarrollo de un análisis interno y externo de una Organización No Gubernamental que centra su actividad en el emprendimiento la educación y la inclusión social. Su sede se encuentra en Madrid y actúan en los países africanos de Kenia y Zambia. En dicho análisis se estudiaran las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas con las que consta la organización, con el fin de obtener una nueva estrategia que le ayude a incrementar el número de colaboradores para así mejorar la calidad de vida de los beneficiarios. En primer lugar, se realizará una evaluación del entorno general; seguido del análisis del entorno específico, a través del modelo de las cinco fuerzas de Porter; y de un análisis DAFO que evaluará la parte interna de la organización. Finalmente, se valorará si las estrategias que sigue actualmente esta ONG son las más adecuadas, y se propondrán nuevas soluciones para mejorar su desarrollo.

[EN] The present project shows the development of an internal and external analysis of a Non-Governmental Organization that focuses its activity on entrepreneurship, education and social inclusion. It is headquartered in Madrid and they operate in the African countries of Kenya and Zambia. This analysis will study the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with which the organization consists, in order to obtain a new strategy that will help increase the number of collaborators to improve the quality of life of beneficiaries. In the first place, we will carry out an evaluation of the general business environment; followed by the analysis of the specific business environment, through the model of the five Porter forces; and s DAFO analysis that will evaluate the internal part of the organization. Finally, it will be evaluated if the current strategies followed by this ONG are the most appropriate, and new solutions will be proposed to improve their development.
