EL CONTRATO DE TRABAJO EN PRÁCTICAS. LOS BECARIOS EN EL SISTEMA LABORAL ACTUAL.

Abstract

[ES] La situación laboral de los jóvenes en España es uno de los temas que más preocupan a los políticos y a nuestra sociedad. Una consecuencia importante de esta situación, es que cada vez son más los jóvenes que tras haber recibido una formación académica y sin experiencia laboral, deben tomar la difícil decisión de dejar nuestro país en busca de empleo a otros países normalmente miembros de la Unión Europea.

Son diversas las normas y proyectos que regulan diferentes figuras para facilitar la inserción de nuestros jóvenes en el mercado laboral o para complementar su formación teórica con el desarrollo de una formación práctica. Estas diferentes formas son las que voy a desarrollar en este trabajo y vamos a analizar las diferencias entre ellas y cuando se pueden llevar a cabo.

[EN] The employment situation of young people in Spain is one of the issues which politicians and our society are more concerned about. A heavy-weight consequence of this situation is that, after having received an academic education and without any professional experience, young people have to make the difficult decision of leaving our country in order to find job opportunities in other countries, which normally belong to the European Union.

There are a few projects and regulations to facilitate the insertion of young people in the working market or complement their theoretical education with a practical training. In this project, I'm going to analyze the differences between them and the concrete situations when they can be applied.
