Estudio de fuentes y repositorios estadísticos para el análisis de la percepción social de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad

Abstract

[ES] Las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad están en el punto de mira de la opinión pública por realizar una función directamente relacionada con los derechos, libertades y obligaciones de las personas, teniendo una estrecha, permanente y necesaria relación con la sociedad. Para adaptar la organización a las necesidades y demandas sociales resulta de interés analizar la satisfacción de la sociedad acerca de la labor de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad. Este trabajo trata de realizar una investigación documental de las fuentes y repositorios estadísticos existentes hasta el momento que analizan la percepción social de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad, para poner de relieve las instituciones que realizan algún tipo de análisis de la percepción social, el instrumento que utilizan para ello y exponer las características del estudio.

[EN] The Security Forces are in the public opinion point of view for performing a function directly related to the rights, liberties and obligations of the people, having a close, permanent and necessary relationship with society. In order to adapt the organization to social needs and demands, it is interesting to analyze the satisfaction of society regarding the work of the Security Forces. This work tries to carry out a documentary investigation of the sources and statistical repositories existing up to the moment that analyze the social perception of the Security Forces, to highlight the institutions that carry out some type of analysis of the social perception, the instrument that they use for it and expose the characteristics of the study.
