IMPUESTO DE SUCESIONES Y DONACIONES

Abstract

[ES] La finalidad de este Trabajo Fin de Grado (TFG) es observar la evolución del Impuesto de Sucesiones y Donaciones en la Comunidad de Andalucía a lo largo de los últimos años y comparar los datos de recaudación a lo largo de las variaciones legislativas respecto a estos impuestos que ha sufrido la comunidad. Por otro lado, se comentará la legislación seguida en diferentes comunidades para de este modo poder compararlas entre sí con la andaluza y comentar las principales diferencias que se observan respecto con la andaluza. . De tal modo se explicará brevemente cómo afectan estos impuestos en los países de la Zona Euro o si existe el impuesto. Por último se mencionará los casos de renuncias que se han producido en España comparando los datos tanto al inicio de la crisis en la comunidad andaluza como en las demás comunidades.

[EN] The aim of this Final Poject is to observe the evolution of the Inheritance Tax in the Region of Andalucia throughout last years and to compare their data about actuals incomes with laws variations that Andalucia has suffered. On the other hand, it si going to be mentioned the current laws that different regions in Spain have, therefore we are going to be able to compare to each other and observe the main difference between. Equally Equally it will be sortly explained others aspects as the existence of this tax all around the European Union´s members and how it does affect. Finally it will be mentioned the evolution of abdication of these taxes all around Spain since the begining of the recession and the evolution in every single region.
