Las acciones rescisorias en el proceso concursal

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo va a tratar sobre las acciones de reintegración, que son un mecanismo jurídico que va a permitir las restitución de bienes al patrimonio del deudor cuando determinados actos o negocios jurídicos que hayan sido calificados como válidos resulten perjudicial a la masa activa.

[EN] This work is speaking about the reinstatement’s actions, which are a legal mechanism that are going to allow the restitution of property to the debtor’s estate when certain acts or legal bussiness have been qualified as valid result harmful to the active mass.
