LA ILEGALIDAD EN LA EXPROPIACION FORZOSA

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es el análisis relacionado con la potestad de la expropiación forzosa vinculada a la administración. El recorrido de este trabajo empezara por un estudio sobre el significado y términos de la expropiación forzosa, donde se incluirán, partes involucradas, normativa de regulación Ley 16 de diciembre de 1954. Posteriormente, una vez explicada la expropiación forzosa en términos de legalidad, se realizará un estudio sobre la expropiación de carácter ilegal por parte de la Administración, donde se establecerá las responsabilidades y deberes que debe de asumir dicha Administración ante una actuación ilegal.

The objective of this dissertation is an analysis related to the power of forceful expropriation linked to the Administration. The course of this dissertation will begin with a research into the meaning and terms of forceful expropriation which will include involved parties and the governing regulations of the Spanish Law December 16, 1954. Subsequently, once forceful expropriation has been explained in legal terms, we will research illegal expropriation by the governing Administration establishing the responsibilities and duties of the Administration in case of illegal practice.
