La crisis financiera de 2008. Un estudio comparativo entre Alemania y España

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo ha sido realizar un análisis de las políticas económicas aplicadas durante la crisis financiera de 2008 en la Unión Europea. Para esto, hemos realizado un estudio en profundidad acerca de la misma, analizando tanto las causas como las consecuencias que se desprenden de ella. En primer lugar, se ha llevado a cabo un análisis exhaustivo de la crisis financiera de 2008, centrándonos principalmente en la Euro- crisis. A continuación se ha desarrollado los modelos teóricos de John Maynard Keynes y de Friedrich von Hayek, ambos representantes del intervencionismo estatal y del libre mercado respectivamente. Posteriormente se ha realizado un estudio comparativo entre España y Alemania durante los años de la crisis financiera. Para dicho estudio se tendrán en cuenta las variables económicas PIB, gasto público, desempleo, deuda pública y tipo de interés.

The objective of this work has been to carry out an analysis of the economic policies applied during the 2008 financial crisis in the European Union. For this, we have carried out an in-depth study about it, analyzing both the causes and the consequences that arise from it.

First, a comprehensive analysis of the 2008 financial crisis has been carried out, focusing mainly on the Euro-crisis. Next, the theoretical models of John Maynard Keynes and Friedrich von Hayek, both representatives of state interventionism and the free market, respectively, have been developed. Subsequently, a comparative study was carried out between Spain and Germany during the years of the financial crisis. For this study, the economic variables GDP, public spending, unemployment, public debt and interest rate will be taken into account.
