Autoeficacia del docente

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo tratará sobre cómo influyen la autoeficacia o creencias que los profesores tienen de sus habilidades para el desempeño de la actividad educativa. En primer lugar, se explicará en qué consiste la autoeficacia y se diferenciará de otros términos relacionados, para posteriormente pasar a la descripción de los factores que determinan la percepción de autoeficacia en el maestro. Por último, se describe cómo la autoeficacia influye sobre el desempeño docente y por lo tanto, en el rendimiento del alumnado.

The work is about the self-efficacy and beliefs that teachers have of their abilities to achievement the educational activity. First, it explains what self-efficacy and differentiates from other related terms, then moves to that description of the factors that determine the perception self-efficacy teacher. Finally, it is described as self-efficacy influences teacher performance and thus on student performance.
