Análisis histórico urbanístico de la ciudad de Jaén y expectativas futuras

Abstract

En este TFG (Trabajo Fin de Grado) se pretende hacer un análisis sobre la ciudad de Jaén (Andalucía) desde una perspectiva de la evolución histórica de su urbanismo. La mayoría de los datos obtenidos para realizar éste trabajo corresponden a fuentes bibliográficas y fuentes geográficas web. El trabajo está compuesto por ocho apartados. La finalidad de este trabajo consiste en comprender la evolución urbana de la ciudad de Jaén desde sus orígenes, pasando por la época medieval, la época moderna, hasta la actualidad, así como mostrar sus límites topográficos, su relieve, evolución de la población, etc. También se han analizado las implicaciones que los diferentes planes generales de ordenación urbana han tenido sobre la ciudad, incluido el actual Plan General de Ordenación Urbana del año 2013, añadiendo una breve crítica al mismo. Para explicar la fisonomía urbana de la ciudad de Jaén a lo largo del tiempo, se han añadido al trabajo una serie de soportes virtuales (mapas, planos, visualizaciones web), acompañados de comentarios.

In this Final Project aims to make an analysis of the city of Jaen (Andalusia) from the perspective of the historical evolution of its urban planning. Most of the data for this work correspond to geographical literature sources and web sources. The work is composed for eight sections. The objective of this work is to understand the urban evolution of the city of Jaen since its origins, including medieval times, modern times to the present, as well as show their topographical limits, relief, the evolution of the population, etc. They have also discussed the implications of the different general urban plans have had on the city, including the current General Urban Plan of 2013, adding a small review to it. To explain the urban landscape of the city of Jaen over time, they have been added to work a series of virtual media (maps, charts, web views), accompanied by comments.
