Análisis temporal y gestual del pádel de alta competición

Abstract

[ES]El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar la estructura temporal y gestual del pádel de alta competición y observar las posibles diferencias en cuanto al género. Se seleccionaron 16 partidos de pádel (8 masculino y 8 femeninos) seminales o finales del circuito mundial World Padel Tour. Se grabaron todos los partidos con una cámara de gran angular (Panasonic HC-700; Japón) y se analizaron por medio del software Kinovea 8.15, siguiendo las recomendaciones de metodología observacional de Anguera (2003). Se estudiaron variables temporales (tiempo total de juego, tiempo real de juego, tiempo de descanso, ratio tiempo de trabajo- tiempo de descanso, número de puntos, número de golpeos por punto, duración del punto y duración de tiempo entre puntos), así como variables gestuales (servicio, resto, fondo, red, ejecutados con pared previa o no). Los resultados muestran diferencias estadísticamente significativas en cuanto a tiempo real de juego, tiempo de descanso y número de golpes en un partido mayor en el pádel femenino respecto al masculino (p<.05). Se mostró mayor presencia de los golpes de volea de derecha, smash y volea de revés, no existiendo diferencias significativas en cuanto al género. Se concluyen diferencias en tiempos de ejecución mayores en el pádel femenino. Este tipo de análisis se hacen necesarios para una mejora en el entrenamiento específico de esta modalidad deportiva.
