La disglosia en la etapa de Educación Primaria

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se abordará la disglosia en la etapa de Educación Primaria a partir de una revisión bibliográfica. Se centrará en la disglosia labial a causa de labio leporino y la disglosia palatal a causa de hendidura palatina. Se realiza una propuesta de actuación coordinada entre tutor, maestro de audición y lenguaje, logopeda y familia, para el trabajo de rehabilitación del habla a edades tempranas. La disglosia es una patología del habla caracterizada por un trastorno de la articulación de los órganos encargados de la producción oral, causado por lesiones físicas o malformaciones en la que no existe un problema del Sistema Nervioso Central (Perelló, 1988). El labio leporino y la hendidura palatina son anomalías congénitas relativamente frecuentes en la población, su etiología es variada y tiene una importante incidencia en el habla alterándola y afectando a su calidad.

In the following work the disglosia will be approached in the stage of Primary Education from a bibliographical review. It will centre on the labial disglosia because of cleft lip and the palatal disglosia because of cleft palate. The disglosia is pathology of the speech characterized by a disorder of the joint of the organs in charge of the oral production, caused by physical injuries or malformations in that there does not exist a problem of the Nervous Central System (Perelló, 1988). The cleft lip and the cleft palate are congenital relatively frequent anomalies in the population, his etiology is changed and has an important incident in the alterations of the speech concerning his quality. There is realized an offer of action coordinated between tutor, teacher of hearing and language, speech therapist and family, for the work of rehabilitation of the speech to early ages.
