Análisis de opiniones de pacientes en la web 2.0

Abstract

[ES]Actualmente, el volumen de datos generados en la red es inmenso. Todas las personas que tienen acceso a Internet publican acerca de los diversos temas de la vida y se comunican para hablar de ello y dar sus opiniones. Lo interesante, es tener cierta habilidad para realizar operaciones con dicha información. Este proyecto se centra en un campo de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), el procesamiento del lenguaje natural (PW). En particular, en el tratamiento de información específica sobre temas de salud en la web 2.0 mediante la aplicación de técnicas del PW para extraer, analizar y gestionar las opiniones que los pacientes escriben sobre distintas entidades médicas.

Nowadays, the volumen of data generated on the Internet is huge. Everyone who have Access to the Internet publish about various issues of life and communicate to talk about them and give their opinions. The interesting thing is to have some ability to perfom operations with such information. This proyect focuses on a field of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Lenguage Processing (NLP). In particular, in the treatment of specific information about health issues in the web 2.0 by applying NLP techniques to extract, analyze and manage the opinions that patients write about different medical institutions.
