El estrés y su influencia en Fisioterapia.

Abstract

[ES] El trabajo consiste en una revisión bibliográfica (estilo narrativo), en la que se ha investigado sobre el concepto de estrés, la incidencia de este en la actualidad, los diferentes tipos que hay, y las teorías asociadas al mismo. También se ha investigado acerca de la población más propensa a sufrir este tipo de trastorno, y se ha abordado el conocido término burnout, ya que resulta interesante conocer que repercusión tiene el estrés laboral y cómo podemos ayudarnos de diferentes técnicas para solucionarlo. Por último se ha investigado acerca de la influencia que tiene la fisioterapia en el estrés, ya que hay muchas técnicas de fisioterapia que resultan ser claves para ayudar a resolver problemas de estrés y ansiedad. Desarrollaremos estas técnicas y comprobaremos su efectividad. Y concluimos con la idea de que se necesita llevar a cabo más investigaciones acerca de la fisioterapia y el estrés ya que están muy vinculados y encontramos en el estrés un campo de trabajo muy amplio.

[EN] The work consists of a literature review (narrative), which has researched the concept of stress, the incidence of today, there are different types, and theories associated with it. It has also been investigated about the most likely population to suffer this disorder, and has addressed the known term burnout, as it is interesting to know that is the impact of work stress and how different techniques can help to fix it. Finally it has been investigated about the influence of physiotherapy in stress, as there are many physical therapy techniques that turn out to be key to help solve problems of stress and anxiety. We develop these techniques and will check their effectiveness. And we conclude with the idea that you need to perform more research on physiotherapy and stress as they are closely linked and stress found in a field of very extensive work.
