PLAN DE EMPRESA: HOTEL RURAL EL MOLINO

Abstract

[ES] En este Trabajo Fin de Máster (TFM) se presenta un plan de empresa para la creación y puesta en marcha de un hotel rural en el Parque Natural de las sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, más concretamente en las cercanías de la pedanía de La Toba (Santiago-Pontones). La empresa ofrecerá paquetes de deporte y aventura, para así poder descubrir la Sierra de Segura, uno de los lugares más bellos de la provincia de Jaén.

[EN] In this dissertation (TFM), a businnes plan is presented for the creation and the start-up of a rural hotel in the Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas Natural Park, more specifically in the sorrounding area of the distric of La Toba (Santiago-Pontones). The business will offer adventure and sport-oriented activity packs, in order to discover the Sierra de Segura, one of the most beautiful places in the province of Jaén.
