DECISIONES ANTICIPADAS AL PROCESO FINAL DE LA VIDA “ESTUDIO EN CENTROS GERONTOLÓGICOS DE JAÉN”

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se recoge un análisis sobre la regulación de la Declaración de Voluntad Vital Anticipada (DVVA) en Andalucía, profundizando en cómo surge la necesidad de reconocer tal derecho para poder tomar decisiones anticipadas al proceso final de la vida, promoviendo así la muerte digna. También, se analizará el procedimiento a seguir para inscribirse en el Registro de Voluntades Vitales Anticipadas (RVVA). Esta investigación tiene como finalidad realizar un estudio sobre el grado de conocimiento o desconocimiento que exista por parte de los profesionales del equipo multidisciplinar de algunos centros residenciales en la localidad de Jaén, dedicados a la atención asistencial y gerontológica de las personas mayores.

[EN] In this paper an analysis about the regulation of the Declaration of Advance Vital Will in Andalusia, deepening in how there arises the need to recognize such right to be able to take decisions anticipated to the final process of the life, thereby promoting the dignified death. Also, there will be analysed the procedure to continue to register in the Register of Advance Vital Wills. This investigation takes as a purpose to realize a study about the grade of knowledge or ignorance that exists on the part of the professionals of the multidisciplinary team of some residential centre in the locality of Jaen, dedicated to the welfare attention and gerontologist of the elderly.
