Sistema de control de aparcamiento al aire libre mediante secuencias de imágenes

Abstract

[ES]En este proyecto se pretende conseguir un sistema que permita el control de un parking al aire libre teniendo como único recurso una cámara de vídeo y un sistema de procesamiento de datos que pueda llevar a cabo los tratamientos de procesamiento de imagen y lógicos necesarios para conseguir tal fin. El control del parking irá desde la verificación del aparcamiento de los distintos vehículos en los diferentes slots habilitados para ello hasta la obtención de útiles estadísticas que podrán ser usadas para la mejora de éste.

[EN]This project aims to achieve a system to allow a control of an outdoor car park having as sole resource a video camera and a data processing system that can carry out the image processing and logical treatments necessary to achieve this purpose. The control of the parking will go from the verification of the parking of the different vehicles in the different slots enabled for it until obtaining useful statistics that can be used for the improvement of this one. The different statistics implemented range from about the state of occupation of the entire parking area to the distribution of vehicles in specific segments of time.
