Mercado de trabajo español: Análisis y evolución. Aproximación a la realidad económico-laboral española

Abstract

[ES]En el siguiente estudio se muestra un exhaustivo análisis de las tasas de paro, actividad y de ocupación, que reflejan un comportamiento negativo desde el año 2007 debido al inicio de la crisis económico-financiera a nivel mundial, desestabilizando gravemente la economía y mercado laboral español. El principal objetivo de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado es hacer un análisis preciso de la evolución global del mercado de trabajo en general y de las principales variables macroeconómicas que influyen en el comportamiento de éste, también se estudiará la estructura y características que presenta el caso español y obtener así un desglose de su funcionamiento, se analizarán con especial énfasis los cambios poblacionales sufridos en las distintas separaciones que hace la Encuesta de Población Activa, para obtener un mayor nivel de confianza del estudio realizado, para ello, se ha empleado una serie temporal de 10 años (2007/2017)

[EN]The following study shows an exhaustive analysis of unemployment, activity and occupation rates, reflecting a negative behavior since 2007 due to the beginning of the economic and financial crisis at the world level, seriously destabilizing the economy and the Spanish labor market. The main objective of this End-of-Grade Work is to make a precise analysis of the global evolution of the labor market in general and of the main macroeconomic variables that influence the behavior of this one, also will be studied the structure and characteristics that presents the case Spanish and thus obtain a breakdown of its operation, we will analyze with special emphasis the population changes suffered in the different separations that makes the Survey of Active Population, to obtain a higher level of confidence of the study carried out, for that purpose, a series Period of 10 years (2007/2017).
