La sucesión en la empresa familiar

Abstract

[ES]Este trabajo fin de grado se centra y se dirige a aquellas personas que desean empezar a planificar el traspaso de la propiedad y administración de su empresa a la generación siguiente de su familia, a quienes ya están en esta etapa del proceso de transmisión de la empresa a sus herederos pero que no se sienten conformes con la manera en que se desarrollan los acontecimientos, o a todo aquel que tenga la curiosidad de saber un poco más sobre este tema. En este trabajo le daremos los pasos que se deben seguir para prepararnos con antelación a este acontecimiento y no naufragar en el intento.

[EN] This present work end of degree is focused on these people who wish to start a transfer of his their property anda administration of his business to next family generation, to whom are already in the process of transmission of the company to their heirs but they are not satisfied by the way of the developement of events, or to whoever has the need of known a Little bit more about this issue. In this work we will offer the steps to follow to get prepared in advance to this fact and not to sink in the try.
