TENDENCIAS ACTUALES EN LA SELECCIÓN DE RR.HH.: LAS REDES SOCIALES

Abstract

[ES]Actualmente, hay muchas personas en búsqueda de empleo, y para ello, antes se tienen que enfrentar a una búsqueda intensa de ofertas donde poder darse a conocer y que el encargado del reclutamiento de recursos humanos vea qué cualidades tiene el candidato que lo hacen diferente al resto. Con este trabajo, pretendemos explicar cómo han cambiado las técnicas de reclutamiento de personal y cuales se dan en la actualidad y además, cual es la mejor herramienta para que los candidatos busquen trabajo y la mejor para que las empresas publiquen sus ofertas. Para ello, nos hemos ayudado de libros e Internet para buscar teoría en relación a nuestro estudio, y para buscar los artículos y noticias, nos hemos ayudado de Internet, para después poder analizarlos y extraer las debidas conclusiones en relación a la teoría que hemos aportado.
