Abstract

[ES]El propósito de este estudio es conocer y profundizar en el estudio los distintos tipos de personal que la forman y dan servicio a la Administración, con especial referencia a la administración local; Con especial referencia al Funcionario Interino y al Personal Eventual, viendo sus diferencias y similitudes más características con el funcionario de carrera y el bagaje de derechos y obligaciones que le están atribuidos. Concluyendo con el análisis de la reciente jurisprudencia europea en la materia y los problemas de adaptación al panorama nacional.

[EN]The purpose of this study is to know and deepen the study of the different types of personnel that the form and the service to the Administration, with special reference to the local administration; With special reference to the Interim Official and the Eventual Personnel, seeing their differences and similarities more characteristic with the career official and the baggage of rights and obligations than the attributes.
