EFECTOS DE LA REFORMA LABORAL DE 2012 EN EL MERCADO DE TRABAJO

Abstract

[ES] Desde 2007, España atraviesa una difícil situación económica y financiera. Esta crisis ha provocado altas tasas de paro y la emigración de parte de la población. En 2012, se toman una serie de medidas que conforman la Reforma Laboral de 2012. El objetivo de esta reforma es mejorar la situación, crear empleo, fomentar la contratación indefinida y reducir la tasa de desempleo. Vamos a realizar un estudio del mercado laboral en el período 2012 – 2016, para ver los efectos que ha tenido la reforma y comprobar si se han cumplido los objetivos.

[EN] Since 2007, Spain is experiencing a difficult economic and financial situation. This crisis has caused high rates of unemployment and the emigration of part of the population. In 2012, a series of actions are taken that make up the 2012 Labour Reform. The purpose of this reform is to improve the situation, create employment, encourage indefinite engagement, and reduce the unemployment rate. We are going to carry out a study of the labour market in the 2012 – 2016 period, to see the effects that the reform has had and to verify if the objectives have been fulfilled.
