Abstract

[ES] Con el presente trabajo pretendo dar a conocer más de cerca el mundo de la banca electrónica centrándome fundamentalmente en España. Por un lado, he analizado lo que ha supuesto la llegada de los cuatro bancos españoles online más importantes y su oferta de productos en la actualidad, además de conocer cuál es el perfil de usuarios de este tipo de banca, haciendo una mención a la influencia de las redes sociales. Por otro lado, el aumento de la banca electrónica ha supuesto que el fraude bancario en intemet crezca de manera abrumadora por lo que en la segunda parte me centro en los tipos de fraude bancario online, sobre todo en el phishing, haciendo análisis de este tipo de ataque en los últimos años.

[EN] With this work I try to increase awareness about the world of electronic banking focusing mainly in Spain. On the one hand, I have analyzed what has led to the arrival of the four Spanish online major banks and its product offering today besides knowing what is the profile of users of this type ofbanking, doing also emphasizes the influence of social networks.
