ANÁLISIS DEL NIVEL DE PRECIOS SEGÚN EL VALOR PERCIBIDO POR LOS CONSUMIDORES

Abstract

[ES] El principal objetivo de estudio de este trabajo consiste en analizar las percepciones de los consumidores alojados en hoteles de la ciudad de Úbeda, para confirmar si el precio de venta establecido es coherente con la percepción de calidad y el servicio obtenido por el consumidor. Para realizar esta investigación hemos analizado el valor percibido de dichos hoteles a través de las valoraciones de los usuarios alojados en los mismos, registrados en el portal turístico TripAdvisor, con una muestra válida de 591 comentarios, en un intervalo de tiempo comprendido entre el año 2011 y 2015. Finalmente, tras analizar los resultados, en el apartado de conclusiones se ofrece algunas sugerencias con el objetivo de mejorar el servicio prestado por cada uno de los distintos hoteles.

[EN] The main object of study of this work consists in to analyze consumer perceptions who are lodged at Úbeda city hotels to confirm if the price of sale established is adapted to the quality and the obtained service. To realize this investigation we have analyzed the value perceived of the above mentioned hotels across users valuations who are lodged at the same ones, registered on the tourist portal TripAdvisor, with a valid sample of 591 comments, in an interval of time between the years 2011 and 2015. Finally, after analyzing the results, in the concluding section we some suggestions in order to improve the service provided of each one of the different hotels
