ANÁLISIS DE LA REPERCUSIÓN DE LA CRISIS EN EL SECTOR INMOBILIARIO

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este proyecto consiste en estudiar cómo la crisis en la que estamos inmersos actualmente ha afectado al sector inmobiliario, analizando datos de algunas variables importantes. Este análisis se realizará entre el periodo de tiempo 2005 a 2015, donde se podrá observar de manera clara el efecto del estallido de la burbuja en las diferentes variables que vamos a medir. Este estudio, en algunos casos, se desglosará por comunidades autónomas y provincias, estableciendo comparaciones. La fuente principal de datos es el Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE) y el Ministerio de Fomento.

[EN] This paper is aimed at studying how the crisis has affected the real state sector, examining the data of several key variables. This analysis is carried out between the years 2005 and 2015, period in which the consequences of the aforementioned collapse can be observed crystal-clear. This study, m sorne cases, will itemize autonomous communities and provinces in order to establish comparisons. The main sources of information are the National Institute of Statistics (INE for its acronym in Spanish) and the Spanish Department of Public Works and Highways.
