La lista roja del patrimonio: el caso Giribaile

Abstract

[ES]El presente trabajo “La lista roja: el caso Giribaile”, pretende realizar un estudio sobre las acciones llevada a cabo por la asociación Hispania Nostra, encargada de realizar la lista roja del patrimonio, que tiene como objetivo aunar aquellos elementos patrimoniales de la geografía española que corran el riesgo de desaparición o que su estado de conservación no sea el adecuado. En la provincia de Jaén son 26 los bienes incluidos en dicha lista, 3 de ellos ya retirados. Se realizará una descripción de dichos bienes, para luego conocer su uso turístico a través del análisis de las diferentes rutas turísticas promovidas por la Diputación Provincial. Una vez descritos los bienes que según Hispania Nostra no son conservados adecuadamente y conocidos los principales atractivos turísticos de la provincia de Jaén, nos centraremos en el estudio del yacimiento arqueológico de Giribaile, el cual por falta de protección jurídica y por la naturaleza de su titularidad, privada, se expone a ciertos riesgos en cuanto a una adecuada conservación se refiere.

[EN]This final degree project “The red list: case of Giribaile” expect to study about the actions carried out by the association Hispania Nostra which is the head of making the red list. The main objective of this list is gather together those heritage elements in a bad situation of conservation or with some kind of risk of disappearance. There are 26 hereditary in this list in Jaén, 3 of them, already isolated. All of them will be describe first and then we will analyze the different touristic trips presented by the local government in order to know if this 26 hereditary are part of them. Once we have described the heritage in a bad state of preservation and we know the main touristic attraction of Jaén, we are going to focus on archeologic site of Giribaile which is a private zone and does not have any legal protection, this two characteristic can imply the bad preservation of the site.
