Abstract

[ES]El trabajo realizado sobre la incitación a la discriminación, al odio o la violencia pretende ser un estudio sobre el concepto en sí, sobre la nueva regulación del artículo 510 del Código Penal tras la reforma de la LO 1/2015, y al mismo tiempo una revisión sobre la incompatibilidad con la libertad de expresión.
