El ámbito del derecho familia en la nueva ley de Jurisdicción Voluntaria

Abstract

[ES]Mediante el presente trabajo recorreremos todas las novedades introducidas por la Ley de Jurisdicción Voluntaria en materia de familia, así como las nuevas competencias que han adquirido los Notarios y Letrados de la Administración de Justicia en dicho ámbito.

[EN]Through this paper, we will study all the updates introduced by the Voluntary Jurisdiction Act in the field of Family and the new responsabilities for Public Notaries and Attorneys working for the Justice Department in that field.
