Abstract

[ES]Este estudio pormenorizado versa sobre la contratación de futbolistas profesional y amateur desde una esfera nacional e internacional. Se analiza la importante delimitación entre el jugador profesional y el aficionado, así como sus caracteres principales. En el fondo del asunto, se investiga lo concerniente a las formalidades del traspaso internacional. Además, se profundiza en el fútbol femenino, fútbol sala y el papel de los jugadores menores de edad como sectores especialmente vulnerables dentro del ámbito amateur.

[EN]This detailed study deals with the recruitment of professional and amateur soccer players from a national and international sphere. It analyzes the important delimitation between the professional player and the amateur, as well as their main characteristics. In the background of the matter, it´s investigated concerning the formalities of the international transfer (CTI). Talking deeply about women's football, indoor football and the role of under 18 players as a really sensitive group.
