| Abstract: | [ES] Con este trabajo he tratado de abordar un importante tema en la actualidad como es el de las cláusulas sociales, considerado como tal por la gran sensibilización que tiene respecto de la sociedad ya que proyecta posturas de ejemplificación a través de su contenido social, medioambiental y de comercio justo mediante su aplicación en la contratación pública. [EN] I have dealt with an important issue at the present with this work. It is the Social Clauses because of the great sensivity that have in the society. Since, they project an ejemplification position through their social content, enviromental and fair trade by means of the expansion of the public contracting. |
